(ispell-library-directory): Renamed from ispell-library-path.
If Ispell is not installed, init to nil.
(ispell-menu-map): Get rid of byte-compiling-files-p hackery;
initialize this unconditionally when ispell-menu-map-needed is t.
Local `path' renamed to `dir'.

(check-ispell-version): Doc fix.
